Return Policy

We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can request a return under the conditions below:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags, labels, packaging, and certificates intact.
  • Jewellery items must be securely packed to avoid transit damage.
  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective.
  • Return requests must be raised through your Customer Account → Order Page → Request Return or by contacting our support team.
  • Once we receive the item and it passes our quality check, we will process your refund.

Refund Process

We aim to make refunds fast and hassle-free.

  1. Initiate a Return/Refund Request
    Contact our support team or submit a request through your order page.
  2. Pick-up or Drop-off
    Our logistics partner will schedule a pick-up, or we may ask you to ship the item back to our warehouse depending on your location.
  3. Quality Check (QC)
    After receiving your item, our team conducts a QC inspection to ensure the product meets return criteria.
  4. Refund Issuance 
    1. Refund is processed within 3–7 business days after QC approval.
    2. Refund will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, bank, credit/debit card, wallet, etc.).
    3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued to your bank account/UPI ID.

Cancellation Process

Canceling an order is simple and flexible:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, but you may still request a return after delivery (depending on eligibility).
  • To cancel, go to My Account → Orders → Select Order → Cancel

Refund for Cancelled Orders:
If your payment was already completed, refund will be initiated immediately upon successful cancellation and may take 2–5 business days to reflect in your account.

Refund & Return

  • Only eligible products in original condition will be accepted for return and refund.
  • Any item received in damaged or altered condition (not reported at the time of delivery) will not qualify.
  • Refunds are issued only after the return is received and inspected.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged item).
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we offer free replacements or full refunds.
